Balleeghan

Balleeghan, is set in the hills near Greencastle. We worked closely with our client to enhance their original house layout and flow; opening it up to the garden views and drastically improving the thermal efficiency of the home. This project began in April 2025 and has progressing quickly. We are now on course to have the building water tight before the end of the year, with floors poured and first fix plumbing and electrics complete.
